The Kiwanis Club of Coweta County currently has more than 50 members who live and/or work in the Newnan-Coweta area.

Service Leadership Clubs and Youth Services Sponsored: K-Kids at Atkinson Elementary School; Builders Club at Lee Middle School; “Terrific Kids” at Ruth Hill Elementary School; annual award for ‘The Most Improved 8^th Grade Student’ in the Coweta County Public Schools; Key Leaders Program for High School Students; Spring Juried Art Show for Middle and High School Students.

Hands-on Services provided within the Coweta Community to: Newnan-Coweta Head Start; Newnan-Coweta Boys and Girls Club; Corinth Road Assisted Living Center.

Local Charitable Contributions made to: FERST Foundation; Community Welcome House and others.

Major Fundraising Activities: Food booth at the Coweta County Fair; Holiday Silent Auction; Belk Charity Days; Quarterly Used Book Sale; an event each Spring.
